yeah, I read the book after reading the other thread. It's a good book, not a great one, but a good one. A tad meandering for my tastes, but some sharp stuff inside.
I read it right after a marathon of Philip K. Dick novels, and I was like "Why are these characters so relaxed? Why are they so well-adjusted? Don't they know there are sinister forces at work?" |
