I'm trying to create a webzine and found out about webzinemaker, which is a web-based webzine creator. Only thing is - it's all in French.
Wouldn't any of you web-fu godmasters know of a *FREE* similar *FREE* service *FREE* in *FREE* English?

What do you want it to do?

What resources do you have (server etc)?

There are some good blogging scripts out there that could be turned into webzine makers, but you'd need CGI access for the ones I'm thinking of.
