This should quite possibly be either in Books or Film/TV. But I wasn't sure, so I thought "here we go".
I just had a lovely afternoon. Part of which involved finding Oliver Postgate's autobiography, "Seeing Things", in a local 2nd hand bookshop. And being given 10p off the price (cos I was short of money.)
It has a free CD-Rom with it. Which has Bagpuss stuff on it (oh yes, and the Clangers, Noggin the Nog, and the whole cool crew).
It has bits from "The Mill", and "The Ballet Shoe".
It's quite possibly the best thing I've ever used my computer for.
Just thought I'd share that. (By the way, if anyone wants a copy, they've got two left in a place in Stokey... I'll buy 'em and mail 'em to you, if you're interested. £4.95. Book PLUS CD-Rom.) |
