Published reports say that the American Red Cross is keeping half the money donated to the victim's families, for internal use. The ARC says it is going into a savings account for future terrorist actions.
At the same time, the victims families are spending nearly four hours a day hunting down money, just so they can pay the bills.
Americans have donated 1.5 billion to the relief, and yet these people are receiving checks for just $2,400?
