Considering the above, this might be the best place to ask this question then:
Does anyone know where I can get UV nail varnish? It's clear and does that purple glowing trick under UV lights. My one and only bottle, bought two years ago, has now finished. *sniff* Anyone even know a brand name I could ask about? (the label fell off my bottle a year ago, and now I've no clue what it was called)

Grey Area - Agnes B. used to do a UV reactive nail varnish in a sort of very light silver-purple. Dunno whether they still do it, or whether that helps at all anyway... but I thought I'd mention it...

Grey Area- Are you in the UK? I got two lots of light reactive nail varnish from the '17' range at boots, there's 'Rhythm and Blues' which is Blue and then turns to 'Dark Blue' under UV (wow, that most be really stunning) and just Hi-Glow which you can put over other colours, invisible in normal light, shines bright white under UV.

Guess it's off to Boots and funny looks from counter staff (they're not all that enlightened in this province...not enlightened at all to be honest).

OoOoOoh! I've only got the clear-to-white kind. I must go and get some of the blue stuff forthwith!

And Grey Area: they're not that enlightened in London, to be honest. One of my male goffick mates was forcibly ejected from Boots after an altercation over some lilac eyeshadow.

I was sitting in a cafe in Brighton having breakfast yesterday, wearing my Hello Kitty nail varnish and thinking "ooh, aren't I so cool and mildly subversive" when I hear some DJ on the radio talking about this thing and saying "so, if you know any dumb fashion following blokes who are painting their nails today, give them a slap". BASTARD! I nearly did a comedy spitting-out-coffee routine.. why do cool things become crap as soon as I start doing them..?
