So okay - I can get that most of us here feel uncomfortable - to say the least - about the American reaction to all this. But I'm guessing that most of us don't feel particularly well-disposed to Big Evil Dinosaur Religions and their fundamentalist followers, either. So...How exactly should we react? 'Stand on the mountain and watch the tigers fight'? Support one side against the other, Macchiavelli-style? Or use what resources we have to keep taking pot shots at both sides?
