Understand real life people slash is somewhat legally dodgy, which is a shame - the pics of beckham and seaman after the brazil game are rather begging for it - 'a safe pair of hands', anyone?

I have no idea who Beckham and Seaman are, but there's something at < ahref="http://www.upsideclown.com">UpsideClown that may be edifying.

Oh, I dunno... I think much of the charm of slash lies in suggestion anyway. I prefer it when it's, ah, restrained.

Exactly...did not mean there should have been more sex, not at all - slash, I think, can function very well with little or no sex. My problem is that the relationship was already too established...lacked intensity. Angst, new relationships, soul-searching - all make for good slash, I reckon.

I think it would have profited from a football correspondent - things like the confusion of "send off" and "pull off" - vital in this context - make me metaphorically detumescent.
