| Actually Barbelith went down twice over the weekend - both times due to a corruption of the barb_topics table in the barbelit_underground MySQL database. The first time round it was fixed by Barbefriend (and member - if only by default) James Cronin, the second time by Cal - who has set up a script that I can run should it happen again. It's supposedly a problem at the web hosts end though, rather than at our end - so there's very little that we can do about it. |
