Boy in a Suitcase

Yesterday I did my annual CD clean-out–pulled out all the shitty shit I haven't listened to in years (hello, Prodigy, Tori Amos and Nine Inch Nails!) and all of the horrible journalist's copy CDs I get sent, about 40 in all, and trucked them to downtown Santa Cruz where between two used CD stores, I was able to score around $90 worth of credit with. And used the credit on, and am enjoying as I write this:
Tom Waits-"Alice"
Christoph de Babalon–"If You're Into It I'm Out Of It"
Autechre–"Chiastic Slide"
Serge Gainsbourg–"a Gainsbarre"
Coil–"How to Destroy Angels"
All of which I recommend... burners are nice but nothing better than trading in your shit CDs for good ones, lead-to-gold style. I even still have $40 worth of credit!

Jeez, the 2nd hand shops won't even take my unwanted CDs..

..I've been wondering what to do with them actually - float them down the river on a raft? clay CD shooting? leave them in a dark corner of someone else's house? make some kinda art objects out of them (have done this before and it was shit)? or good ol' fashioned 'Hammer Time'?

Maybe you could tie them all together and make them into a suit of armour.
