This is a group work of photographic based art created by the Fresh Air Collective including two guest artists, one from France and one from England. Its currently part of Contact, the Toronto Photographic Festival.

I spoke to one of the artists and was told that the exhibition may come to London, this being where the English artist is from, if a suitable space can be found.

This is a very emotive collection of high calibre work by talented artists and worth seeing if you get the opportunity.

Just thought I would let you know so that you can keep an eye open for it.

Is there anything online that you could link to or steal images from?

Here is the link to the details of the event from the Contact website. Unfortunately the organisers have not made any of the work from this exhibition available on the web. (With 135 exhibitions it would be difficult to host that much work)

ON Trespassing

This is the text.Work by Janet Bellotto, Blanca Casas Brullet, Isabelle Hayeur, Lisa Klapstock, Martell Linsdell

ON Trespassing is an international exhibition in a downtown Toronto residential laneway. It combines work by the Fresh Air collective and two invited participants from the UK and France. Each artist has taken over one garage in a row of 16. The banal, indistinguishable facades of the garages conceal spaces uniquely transformed by the artists. The interventions take a variety of photographic forms, from projection to video.

It should be noted that the accompanying photo on the page is of the location of the exhibition and not a part of any of the work being displayed. The work is being displayed inside the garages, mainly in the dark as most of the work is projection.
