Basically, this suicide bomber game caught the attention of a congress member and she asked the author to take it down. The author doesn't feel that this is the right action to take and that his game is commentary and not a corfirmation of such behavior. Newgrounds, the site that hosts the game, has posted comments in light of this development.
As an aside, Newgrounds is run by a kid who I've met some time ago and is a sort of tasteless and amateur game community where most members post up their contributions. You should take a look around and catch some of the other material. Most of it is below par but there's a bit of outsider art brilliance to some of it.
