I saw this movie a few years ago and would like to hunt down a copy, but I don't remember the name of it.
All I remember is it involved this guy who dies and goes to heaven. Unfortunately, the scales are balanced or something so he has to do a good deed. So he goes back to earth to help this unpopular kid become popular. They hit this junkyard and the angel uses his angelic powers to build a car for the kid. In the course of the movie, the kid becomes popular, the angel finds out the kid is his grandson or something like that and when the angel "gets his wings" he's taken to heaven by an angel on a motorcylce played by the guy on Empty Nest, Richard something or other.
