Ok, I know that cell-phone scramblers are illegal in the U.S. and Canada because they cancel out the signals of every phone within a certain area and people get really whiny when their rights are taken away, but would there be a way to build a scrambler that just cancels out the signals of one or two phones? Think of it like a remote control, you point at a cell phone, push a button, and that cell phone no longer gets any signal.
Would this be possible or is it just wishful thinking? |
