Illinois Factory Farmers have now lobbied the state congress to make it a crime to photograph or video tape animal facilities like zoos, circuses, and farms, without permission. They put this stipulation in an agriculture bill, hoping no one would notice. Please call your local state senator (IL) and tell him you oppose HB5793 if the video/photo ban is not removed. Otherwise, his would put a veil over the horrible practices of these animal facilities.
