For emphasis, I use the hyperbole "x different kinds of ___" example:
"Okay, this is like, seven different kinds of disturbing." (Seven is usually the number, probably because it has two syllables)

From my fiance, I've picked up homeslice, sort of a universal pronoun. "You can say that again, homeslice." We have no clue of the derivation.
