Saw Acid Mothers Temple (Japanese spacerock band) last night, doing a live soundtrack to "Legend of the Overfiend" (which, I have to say, I was never that big a fan of). Just felt the need to tell some people that it rocked a snow leopard's ass.
AND they played for about half an hour after the movie finished- a really impressive display of throatsinging, which then led into a mammoth spacerock odyssey that just... it just... was very cool indeed.
Nothing more of interest to add, unfortunately- just to say SEE THIS BAND!!! (their recorded stuff's not so great, but this is the third time I've seen 'em, and they're amazing live. And they have LUDICROUS amounts of hair.) |
