I've come up with a new twist on magickal art I wanted to share with you all -- I've been burning candles at a little puja for Ganesh to remove some obstacles in my life. I've burned many different colored candles there in the past few months. Recently I let one purple candle burn for a long time and just let the wax kind of spill all over the table, not bothering to clean it up.
When the candle burned out, I was fascinated by the shapes it had made (talk about your chaos theory - it was like a fractal scuplture!). I got this idea to draw the shapes, each one in a different color. It came out really nice -- now I'm wondering what to do with this picture. Charge it as a sigil, or do some other ritual focusing on it? |
