Well, it's no trick for Mr. Trummel to give an associate or his lawyer, the necessary passwords, etc. to remove the information. I suspect that he has elected not to in defiance of the judge's order.
Scary stuff nonetheless. I don't like the idea that someone detained for civil contempt is not guaranteed a speedy trial. Is that there to dissuade civil disobedience? |
