I currently have something planned for Wednesday evening but would happily cancel in favour of this instead - if only for an excuse to accessorise with perv-gear...

Still on for it, Ghadis?

Yup...Still up for it with the plan to catch up with the other meet at the Cheshire Cheese later on...Just bumped into Bill Posters in the street (where we almost got in a fight with a guy who accused us of being the 'feds'...?) and he seems keen...

I'll be there about 6ish...

I'm keen that is, not the guy in the street who thought we were cozzas. I'd really rather he didn't come along. He had another outpouring of hate at me a minute or two later G., on account of me being an "attitude". Best not to complain too much though or someone here will accuse us of being racialists. Us white folks deserve all we get and that's all there is to it.

Er, anyways, I'll be there if the work goes okay, if not I'll c u in da Cheese.

I did want to point out to him that even if we were the feds Brixton is way outside the F.B.I s jurisdiction so he was quite safe...

Sure it wasn't "the neds"?

Hoping I can get things changed in time to be there - if not, like Bill I'll possibly make the later thingy. I don't know the ICA at all; whereabouts are people meeting?

Bleh.

Looking like I won't make this one after all; just can't get across town in time.

Hope to be at alas's meet later, though.

Monday is the only evening i can do next week...

The first programme covers his early films from 1947-1954 ish and includes Inauguation of the Pleasure Dome, Fireworks and Rabbits Moon...

The second, proberly more interesting, programme includes Invocation of my Demon Brother, Scorpio Rising and Lucifer Rising...

Not sure what versions of the films they're showing as Anger tends to revise them quite often...

So...anyone up for Mon...6.30...ICA ??

Tomorrow, yeah? Really stupid, lazy question (because I'm currently too pissed/idle to open an A-Z) but what's the best way to get to the ICA? And what time are people meeting? Have to make time to nip home after work and shoehorn myself into my leather keks...

I really, really enjoyed it. Kind of dissected it already with Ghadis and friend but, basically, it was an evening of two halves: 1960s vaguely kitschy (but hugely influential and, for me, quite sexy) motorcycle homoerotica; and 1970s occult-themed weirdness. 'Scorpio Rising' and 'Lucifer Rising'.

I was the only person wearing leather trousers; glad I didn't go for the whole outfit...

Lloyd Grossman and Dennis Pennis in the ICA bar, doubtless there to see the L.A. Raven anorexic twin thing.

that was such a weird combination in the bar... kissing away...feeding oysters into their already bloated celelbrity guts...

good night though...
