SFD: I've heard a live recording, and they are pretty good. Inasmuch as they can reproduce the sound of the albums well, and are relatively loud. I'm not too fussed on the music from The Comissar, meself- it's a bit too much like everything else he's ever done for it to have much impact on me.
Show me a Gavin Bryars gig, though, and I'm there. Philip Glass will be doing the same film/movie thing with Koyaanisqatsi later this year, which I will kill to see... |
