Now, I know given the circumstances we will be hearing a lot of patriotic muisc in the days to come. But unfourutunately yesterday I had to hear that stupid Lee Greenwood song yesterday. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. the one that goes,"I'm proud to be an American, well at least I know I'm free . . ." I hate that song I associate it with everything that ugly about America. To me it's the yankee horst wessel.
but come on if we are going to listen to these American songs lets listen to at least play some good ones: Springsteen's Born in the U.S.A., Ray Charles singing America the Beautiful, John Williams conducting the Boston Pops.
I know music taste is in the eye of the beholder. And I know we are going to be hearing a lot of Pro-America songs, but I was hoping to never hear this annoying song again
