That's truly horrible. I've always been for the Amazon links as a way of keeping this site running, but does it have to look like that? The fact that it's animated draws the attention to too great a degree.

I've got major reservations about the fact that it looks like we're recommending a particular product, too.

I don't have any objections with to this at all. I merely complained because it made the page look wrong.

I'm in full support of stuff like this and wouldn't object to it as a permanent placement.
