Just watched 'The Night Porter' again last night: questionable Nazi SM with lovely Charlotte Rampling and lovelier Dirk Bogarde. Boyfriend faintly disgusted ("Do we have to watch this? Why couldn't they show 'Death in Venice' instead?"). Ultimately depressing, but continues to exert an icky sort of attraction...

'The Hunger' - but that's largely a result of my sad 1980s interior design fetish (which only considered criminal by the Taste Police). Oh yeah, and Catherine Deneuve, who's wonderful in pretty much everything she does.

'Mad Max' - especially the first one. Not questionable, exactly, or x-rated but extre-e-emely camp, what with all those oh-so-butch police types trussed up in full leather to, um, water houseplants. And the obligatory buddy character dubiously named 'Goose'...

'A Clockwork Orange'. Doesn't excite me sexually, but I could certainly watch it again and again, even as it makes me wince.

Jinx, it's a Jenna Jameson flic. I've only seen the edited version but it was enough to make me buy it. Jenna Jameson has got to be the hottest 'slut' in porn ever. Anyone got the uncut version?

I watched Cannibal Hollocust which was "banned" until recently - I didnt love it but it was ok in a funny 70's kind of way, but you can see why some people believe Blairwitch copied them....

Fritz the Cat. I got it for christmas on DVD from some friends. Excellent.

Flesh Gordon. If for nothing else than the stop-motion puppets in it. They're brilliant.

Does Barbarella count?

Apparently there's an old 70's x-rated film called 2069: A Sex Odyssey that's just been re-released on DVD. I'm interested to see it.

Zoom.

This may be kind of a strange post to this thread but I remember as a kid (early 80's) going into the local video stores and looking at the backs of all the videos I wasn't allowed to rent. These films where mostly post/sub mad max nonsense that have dissapeared due to lack of quality rather than their (what I would assume to be) ultra violent content. Anyway I was wondering if anybody ever actually saw any of these films and if so what where they like.

Warriors of Atlantis (not to be mistaken for Warlords of Atlantis)
Exterminators of the Year 3000
Bronx Warriors 2 (I saw 1 and it was crap, somehow the 2nd one looked better).

Not surprisingly Medusa films made a lot of these. Does anyone have an idea of what I'm talking about? Personally I think there should be an entire channel devoted to bad 80's action films.

Also a quick and I suspect nearly impossible game of name that film. The film was about 2 women being chased across some unpleasant inner city area after both of them escaping from police custody. I think one of them was middle class and wrongly accused (of course) and the other one was much more street. The only scene I can remember is one of the women being cornered by a police man wearing a scuba suit, in a sewer. The police man covers her with a gun whilst he lights a cigarette. The methane in the sewer explodes and he gets trapped under some railings.

Once again does anyone have the slightest idea of what I'm talking about?

Sounds like you belong here. Big(?) time. Its as (un)intentionally as Dorothy blowing a candle in the 2nd to last issue. Now, what was that about?

Who isn't? And similar must-see pun-porn movies include The Maddress (one Matrix rip-off, try to imagine where the cables are positioned), Lord of the Ring Muscles and Wet Dreams on Elm Street.

So, went out and had another one-noighter this Friday, at his home he put on a porn movie while we were misbehaving and after he came he fell asleep. Pissdrunk and bored, I played with his cellullar (shame on you if your imagination sees things that never happened) and watched a bit of that. The Crush by Falcon Films, my oh my, it was so good. Nice camerqwork, nice lighting, nice fellows and nice editing. Male gay porn movies have never had this good. I give it 10 squirts out of 10 .

Pre-The Crush and I thought the pinnacle was - sort of - Desert Train. Although the music was crappy, the sequencing shitty, some of the guys were fiiiiiine.

And, similarly, have you seen (Something) Patrol. River? Includes a guy who looks like Luke Skywalker.
