I've never read THe Lord Of The Rings, being this lazy bastard that I am (one day I will, I will). But anyway I'm a little bit familiar with the environment of the story because I have read The Hobbit some time ago.
Anyway, I'm excited to see the movie, just because it's been SO long since I've seen a good adventure film (Tomb Raider? Please...), and, being LOTR a story already tested and approved (and loved) by so many, I think the flick it's gonne be really something worth the wait. (And it has Cate Blanchett. Ah, Cate Blanchett.)
BUT the reason for this post is the following: I've been on the website, saw the trailer etc... and - Where's Gollum? Why they don't show him? Or he doesn't show up in LOTR? I think he was by far the most interesting character in The Hobbit. Are they making a big deal of his appearance or something?
(Now, back to saying "Cate Blanchett")
Cate Blanchett.
Cate Blanchett.
Cate Blanchett...
