This was really cool. I mean they would have gotten sued but it would've been cooler if he were wearing that black and white spidey t-shirt.

You know what they should do on this show (not now though but maybe in a season or two) is have a young bruce wayne played by that guy from american beauty be in a two episode story arch probably about lex's and bruce's companies... that would be cool cause with lex as clark's friend bruce will be his, um, enemy (not a bad guy exactly, but not his friend either). just picture batboy driving a sleak old school Corvette!

I thought it bit the big one. I have this bad feeling that this show is going to turn into an Erie Indiana type show..new show, new monster. I want to see more Clark Kent in his everyday life...screw the fact that he's going to end up as superman...forget the weird things that happen in smallville x-files angle. I also dont like what they did to Luthor..follow the basic canon dammit!!! Although I think the Bruce Wayne thing would be cool...I could just see Luthor's father trying to hostile-take over Wayne Enterprises with Lex fighting Bruce and Clark getting stuck in the middle o fit all.

I agree but I think the cheesy monsters and things every(? it's only been 2) episode is to give clark something to do with his powers... I mean, they don't want to go the way of Roswell were these powerful alien kids just sit around all day and bitch.

I really really wanna see this show actually but I haven't gotten 'round to it. I worry about every actor who plays Superman though, due to the Superman curse.

Q: What was the best "Superman" movie?

(A: Obviously II gets a nod due to Terrance Stamp doing "Kneel Before Zod!!" but even though it's a worse movie, I like the "bad" Superman of III.
