Woohoo! Thanks for posting this. I hope this is true about Invader Zim. I always suspected that the problem was that the Nick execs had no idea what to do with it or where to place it on their schedule. It seems to appeal more to teenagers and twentysomethings than to kids and putting it on Friday at 9:30 PM (when everyone's out) and on early Sunday afternoon (when everyone's hung over) never made any sense to me.

As for Futurama, I only have one comment to FOX: Please! For the love of God! Put it in a time slot where people on the East Coast can actually watch it without it being preempted by idiot sport show wrapups (if I ever run into Terry Bradshaw, I swear I'm going to punch him right in the face). To be honest, I'm so fed up with FOX's nonsense at at this point, that I'm seriously considering ignoring their programming.

You know with everyone bitching and moaning about the cancelling of Invader Zim and Futurama. I thought this thread would get a little more buisness.

I didn't even know Invader Zim was still on. I kept checking Fridays at its usual time slot (9:30 Eastern /8:30 Central) and nothing. Just more of the same crap Nickolodean usually shows.

As for Futurama, even though its not canceled yet, it's just a matter of time since maybe 2 out of 5 sundays its shown. The rest of the time its time slot is taken over by sports.
