I'm not American, so I'm not as versed in Rogers-lore as I should be, but basically, I believe it's a kids' show that features Mr Rogers - who looks surprisingly like Hugh Hefner from some angles - doing stuff in his neighbourhood. Like a septugenarian Sesame St, maybe?
