Tsutomu Kitagawa, the latest Man-in-Suit.
What a coincidence. I've recently started learning web design from my roomie, and the subject I've decided to cover for my first outing is monster movies. Once it's done, I'll throw it on here, just because I love all you closet G-Fans.
On the topic of creature features, if you're not picky, there's so much out there. I'd say one of the great overlooked treasures is Alligator. Great John Sayles script, lots of terrific set pieces, and the performance that prompted Tarantino to include Forster in Jackie Brown.
Also, give Leprechaun a try. It defies the adage that every sequel is inferior than the previous entries. #4 is Leprechaun in Space, and it contains a script that originally had nothing to do with leprechauns, a mad doctor named Mittenhands, and arguably the most surreal breast baring scene of all time. This one had us hitting the rewind button twelve times just to figure it out. |
