Yup, that's all of them. Vol. 3 should be out sometime next year in a huge trade.

I'm not sure if the two KM solo stories appear in any of those collections impulsivelad (you oughta be my sidekick), but as far as I can tell all the other stuff is in those 6 trades.

Revolution - v1-1-8
Apocalipstick - v1-9-16
Entropy - v1-17-25
Bloody Hell - v2-1-4
Counting - v2-5-13
Quimper - v2-14-22

jimmy - volume three is 12 issues, and really shouldn't be too hard to find. There's two KM solo stories that were published in Vertigo: Winter's Edge #1 and Absolute Vertigo. These may be harder to find, but as I said earlier, I'm not sure if they're in any of the trades. And, at the risk of provoking some people around here, they're not necessary to enjoy the story.

The WINTER'S EDGE story, "...And We're All Policemen," is reprinted in one of the trades--COUNTING TO NONE, I think.

The ABSOLUTE VERTIGO story, "Hexy," is uncollected. Which is probably just as well, since, Duncan Fegredo art aside, it was bit shit.

Then, if you're really anal-retentive, there's the paper dolls, and the King Mob pin-up from one of the Vertigo "gallery" books, and the WIZARD promo poster...
