So far as I can tell, that picture is by Julie Bell, aka The Great Satan. Her and Boris V.'s paintings are the most godawful things to ever happen to comics, with their stiff poses, heavily referenced faces and all that teeth gritting. I'd rather look at anything by Liefeld before even glancing at that shit.
