Its part 1 of a three part anthology series called Fast Forward published by Paradox Press back in 1992. This first issue had stories based on phobias, issue 2 was family and issue 3 was story tellers.
Morrison only contributes to the first one, Phobias. I cant really reveal too much but the story is like Alan Bennet's Talking Heads (Is that the right author?) where a lady delivers a monologue to the reader. The McKean art is all done on a 3x3 grid with his photo-style artwork.
My other favourite story is the funny Fear of Flying by Andy Helfer and Glenn Barr. It's made me think twice about flying, especially in the current climate.
