Actually, it's not just my desperate need to get my paws on the next issue that's really doing my head in, here. I mean, doesn't it strike anyone else as fucking weird that they'd put up a preview for 118 (scheduled for the 19th), on the same day that 117 failed to show? Communications must have broken down somewhere.
And doesn't this kind of utter disorganisation strike anyone as completely unprofessional? They're a large publishing house, for fuck's sake! Why can't they get it right? And as for their last excuse, which went something like, "Well, you know, X-Men titles have, traditionally, always shipped late": please!
I don't know how they expect to pull of their "Nuff Said" silent month unless they start meeting their deadlines. Unless, of course, "silent month" actually translates as "silent month and a bit". |
