Is anyone else reading the web comic Fans? I got turned onto it recently because of the cross over their doing with College Roomies From Hell. I just got caught up on the archives yesterday. It's an interesting strip.
They've never gone for the gag a day routine. Instead it's been plot driven from the word go. And there are some interesting stories in there. There are a few dry spots (I wasn't really into the Hyperman arc) but the story is deffinetly the most twisty of the online comics I've read.
I also wouldn't be surprised if the writer of the series (can't remember the name right now) is a fan of Grant. He seems to hint at things now and then. Today's (8/23) strip being a perfect example.
Best arc so far is the Escaping arc in the Hell storyline. |
