Liminal nation application

so i tried to apply for liminal nation, but i messed up somehow on it and it had me reapply. but now that i have already used this ip address it doesnt seem to allow me to retry on the same computer. any suggestions on how i can get past this? or do i actually have to use a different computer

Liminal Nation was a board that was created by some people from around here. I know Gypsy Lantern was invovled, I forget who else.
It's not active anymore. Don't know if it's going to be. The site says it's "On hiatus", but I think it's said that for a while.
