The mayan "end of the world" thing is heavily referenced in the comic series "The Invisibles" (Grant Morrison, 1990s), something which this board (for better or worse) has a longstanding link with.

There was so much talk about 2012 back when the board was active, it couldn't help but bring a few old posters back for one last dance.

Is there a Reddit cluster? Every now and again I'll run into someone I *think* I know on there, and one or two folks I remember from elsewhere who were also on here....
