I keep seeing stacks of his books at the local bookstores, which has piqued my curiosity, but I know almost nothing about his material (other than Wikipedia's great wisdomishness).

What can you say about him, his humour, his novels, his literariness, and like that?

many thanks

I loved Lamb. I laughed on nearly every page. I've read all of his other books as well hoping that they would be just as good, but they weren't. Although they're still good reads. I probably laughed once every 150 pages for his other books rather than during every single page.

The Stupidest Angel is probably my second favorite book by him. It actually uses zombies in a unique way.

I seem to be largely alone in this, but my favorite of his is Coyote Blue. There's a certain charm that it shares with Lamb (my runner up) that I think is lacking from a lot of his other work.
