I've built a shrine to this lovely, and my life hasn't quite been the same since.

However, prior to this, I noticed a number of people who have images or statues of her, the majority of which seem to be about, above or in television sets. One fellow I know wrote a poem about it.

Does anyone have any inkling about this trend? I'm wondering if there's a message in there somewhere that I'm missing (there are precedents).

the Kali from Kali Yuga is a demon. Kali is the goddess. There may be some accents or something to differentiate between the two.

Kali is the best thing on TV.

She's also visited me in 3 dreams - always right when I needed her to, and each one was more reassuring than the next (over the past 5 years or so).

I was hoping to get a backpiece tattoo of her, however, I was warned against getting images of the divine on oneself, because at some point, you may be done with the goddess, but the goddess will never be done with you (and always under your skin).
