Other than being appropriately cheeky it also looks a damn site more secure than the vast majority of questions that have been suggested thus far. How likely is it that anyone could guess your least favourite teacher's name? A lot less likely than it is that they could guess your favourite food, or most icky insect. I imagine many, many people's answers would clump around a small number of highly predictable entities, such as, in the case of those questions mentioned above, spiders and sprouts.

I was so hoping for Darth sTe (limited imagination I know), but honorificly "Hgifiasta of Beer" is good for now.

No offence meant to anyone with the good italics people remark earlier, just trying to prove to myself I could remember some v basic HTML somewhere and also thought mayhap not all people of Barbelith would describe themselves as "good" in the traditional sense, but who knows I'm probably mistaken.

Off to see programmer type tomorrow and sure some of these suggestions will certainly be used. I'll try to remember which and feedback just in case anyone wants to try to claim some copyright or local equivalent or for the fame (see what I managed there, HTML genius me!)

No offence taken... I was ribbing you because it could be taken in many ways. Looking back, my post (which wasn't serious) was dumb and comes of as reactionary and defensive, things I am often guilty of.
BTW: just curious about your handle... sTe could be an alternate spelling of a common Quebecois slang curseword, were you aware of that?

I'm the coder who asked the question... Some great answers (I'll try to use), namely,

These are all quality and I'll pop them in the DB and let's see what middle management do about it...

The following were great questions but I can't put them in because of the below reasons,

1) what does your mum think is your favourite colour?
- It's either blue or pink isn't it (or black if she hates you)..?

2) how much money does your grandmother send with your birthday card?
- It's £5 or £10 or £20 if you're lucky. Not enough options but out of interest, how much did you get...?
