I thought it might appear to be thoughtful to open a thread that presented the illusion of offering people a way to promote their various politically inclined web projects... whilst actually just plugging my own latest effort in my push for world domination. So, by all means, talk about what you're doing in the name of political activism online.

Um. Here's mine:

Step 1: Read any news site. That's easy, you probably do that every day, right?
Step 2: Be offended / annoyed / appalled / a little bit indignant at something you read there.
Step 3: Copy the URL, come here and paste it into "Submit a new story".
Step 4: Tell us why you were offended / annoyed / appalled / a little bit indignant at it.
Step 5: Start to think about what can be done to make the bad thing go away.
Employ the strength of the interwebs. Together we can do stuff.

(OK it's a bit empty at the moment, but I only went live this afternoon and I just started promoting it, well... at the moment I hit Submit on this post actually)

Pull youself together, dude - these are perhaps the end times (the environment, etc - yes, it's terrifying) but what's to be done? Nothing. Fuck all. The likes of you and I are simply nothing to do with what's going to happen, so you may as well enjoy yourself.

is that wonderful URL going anywhere? There´s a logo, and there´s no content at all at the moment. Too bad, I liked the idea. Relying on the *chans for our protest hasn´t brought scientology to it´s knees, obviously.
