if the LHC does destroy the world, here is a baby fresh new globe to which we could all toddle off. only 500 light years away, unlikely to have evolved dangerous competitors to barbkind's world dominion... perfect.
so, what would you call this planet? personally, i'd go for 'brian'.
pretty amazing photo, but i still wonder if it isn't a more distant star just happening to appear at that point of the sky..? |
