There She Is!! is the musically-coordinated story of a rabbit named Doki that falls in love with a cat named Nabi, in a world that frowns on that sort of relationship in the same way that a white person dating a black person used to be. The two species don't hate each other, per se, but romance between the two is extremely taboo, evidenced by the signs scattered around town that show a 'no' circle over a bunny and a cat, and by the shocked reactions of everyone whenever Doki viciously snuggles Nabi.
I'll leave the remainder of the story for you to see, but I will say that the series easily features some of the best animation I've ever seen, especially for a flash cartoon, and especially for being so seemingly simple. It is intensely clever in its execution, and, as I said in the summary, will put you in an inescapably good mood.
