I caught the opener to this series after the Sarah Connor Chronicles last night.

The format looks pretty standard (geek gets powers and starts work for the government - see Jake 2.0), but I quite enjoyed it in a "sit back and switch off" kinda way. It doesn't look like the geek is going to suddenly become an action hero (which is a change) and the [SPOILER]

Bomb being defused by internet porn [/SPOILER] sets the Geek Comedy tone (allowing me to ignore similar far-fetchedness).

Big plus: Adam Baldwin plays a no-nonsense NSA agent! How can this series be wrong *8-)

I really loved the first ep, all the over the top super spy stuff is brilliant and the internet porn saves the day was very funny. Just a non spoiler warning, it does slump for a ep or two before they find their feet.
Oh I forgot Captin Awesome! He's great.
