I have a yummy breakfast, then a nice walk with my camera planned. There are some nice lamb chops ready to cook and plenty of wine and snacks. Later a DVD to watch in the afternoon.

Come and post if you have nothing to do, but don't sit in front of the computer all day you naughty people. There are orphans to be wrapped and turkeys to be decorated.

I don´t plan anything special for the 25th and the 26th, as I don´t celebrate christmas. Since shops are closed on those days, I only worry slightly about my groceries lasting. The most important christmas day in Germany is today anyway. Most presents change hands this evening. On the consecutive days, people meet grandparents, aunts, etc. So in four and a half hours, the festive gloom is over.

In the last two years, I went to the movies on the 24th, because the festive noise of my neighbours was a bit depressing. But tonight, there is nothing showing except Beowulf, Enchanted and german comedies, and I wouldn´t rent these movies. So I may also watch a DVD.

I am sitting around in my festive finery waiting for my sister and her boyfriend and her boyfriend's best friend to show up, at which point cocktails and cooking will commence. Which should be an interesting combination.

work is rubbish. But a peaceful drive with some music may be quite nice. Especially if there is a plate of food and a drink at the end of it. I hope you have a nice evening anyway.
Here, I am nibbling crackers and watching a Seinfeld DVD. Head is still pounding, so no going out later.

It got better, just watched the Dr Who cartoon which killed some time.
Which was nice.
