| Bush asked Michael Mukasey, a former federal judge in New York, to replace Gonzalez. He is actually being praised by Democrats and some moderate Republicans. The very conservatives, those that thought that Gonzales was a good Attorney General, believe that he is too liberal and that Bush should have nominated Theodore Olsen, the former Solicitor General. We will see soon how his confimation hearings go |
