Hi Barbeloids! I just joined this crazy flying teaparty, so I thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm basically just a wanderer, born a Scorpio and as such doomed to chase magick and the unknown forever. Which I love to do. I also have a chronic case of Art, manifesting through film, music, writing, and whatever else I feel like at any given time.
My other chief interest is mind-bending chemicals, though that one has slowed down a bit in recent times.
Magickly I'm pretty diverse; its taken a long time and a lot of exploration to find where I want to be. I go for a mix of Chaos, qabalah, Taoism, Sufism, Buddhism, Tantra, and a bits from my European ancestors, such as runes and that thing which defines the Irish: lunacy.
Basically I follow a philosophy that encompasses a little of everything and practically I focus on a few specific forms of magick and self development. One can't be too far spread out, or one sucks at everything. But one can't focus on too little or one still sucks at everything.
I like to call myself a Transcendantal Nihilist, but words only go so far.
