Here's a few on the street where I live a few months back:

And also try here - there's a whole bunch of pictures of varying vintages, including current ones. Generally they seem to be silver with orange stripes (I'm not sure if anyone still calls them jam sandwiches) and with high-visibility orange and yellow warning stripes across the back.
Red and white police cars in London are from the Met's Diplomatic Protection Group. You see cars with blue and yellow Battenburg (named after the cake) chequers as well for higher visibility, though not as much as the silver and orange kind. |
