just been having a look at these - really like what i've seen!

i was going to ask where you came from, 08, as i got a very strong feeling of 'britishness' - the gloomy, rather melancholic atmosphere - from the stuff, but i've just read the thread through and you're based in the north of england, so that makes sense.

thanks for looking at my pics everyone. i am indeed located in the north of England, shortfatdyke. "the gloomy, rather melancholic atmosphere" your not wrong. i'd like to try and be more posative though, but being English, and especially from the north, melancholy just come natural.

hey 08. i did my art degree at bradford too. my show was in lister basement....ahhh...i remember it well - the summer of 98. i also did a bit of teaching on the degree after graduating(life drawing), and generally refused to leave the lister building and admit i wasn't a student anymore.
