Mac users all - I'm trying to reconfigure an Airport Express unit to work in my new place with a new setup. The dratted thing is supposed to reset to a password of 'public' but seems not to have done so. Anyone know what else might be the reset password? Or how to be sure the little monster resets properly?

Hah. In true computer fashion, none of the things in the article did exactly what they said they would do, but at the far end of the process, and by means I do not entirely understand, I now have my second Express doing what I want it to do.

Any wireless network you can walk away from is a good one, as it were.

I'd be inclined to phone my PR person, in that situation.

After all, what are these characters, the officials, paid for? They can't realistically expect you to do your Elephant impression, can they?
