Four bottles of wine a week, plus that beer looks like a manageable way to become alcoholics. I doubt the small amount of sweets though. And the couple of bottles of the Italian family: do they drink tap water the rest of the week? It´s probably not what the families consume though, but what the author of the book thought would be representative for a family in that region ("Its contents are based on detailed research").
With a lot of the goods in colourful packages it´hard to tell what they are eating. I´ve seen these photos years ago in a magazine, where you could see a lot of the details much better. And I like that giant plush elephant. |
