I have been a morning coffee drinker for years.
Recently I have realized that the Hell Brew my co worker makes , while doing the job, is tearing a hole in my stomach.
I switched to Earl Grey with 1 sugar recently and I gotta say, I am liking it. It is cheaper then one of the fancy coffees I would normally buy if I am out at a coffee hut and my guts don't feel like they are on fire after I drink it.
I still enjoy an espresso with dessert if I am out, and I make Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk at home if I have the time, but my morning beverage is now tea.
So, Barbelith, I know many of you are from gung ho tea country, tell me what I need to know if I want to become well versed in leaf water. |
